We hope everyone is eatin’ leftover turkey and smacking their lips this Saturday in anticipation of ARC’s Holiday Record + CD Sale.  It’s just a week away, and the picture above shows the set up as of today.

The fun begins NEXT Saturday, Dec 5, and runs ’til Sunday Dec 20, everyday from 11am to 6pm.  ARC members get even bigger fun, because they attend the pre-sale party on Thursday, Dec 3.  That’s when you can shop, meet other ARCsters and enjoy swell food and drink.  Do consider joining, won’t you?  It helps us pay the bills, continue our preservation work and grow the collection.  Plus we get to make a great many new friends.

This year there’s more good vinyl than ever before, and speaking of tasty, some mighty sweet 45s.  There are CDs by the tens of thousands, and as always, much cheaper than downloading a crappy MP3, from a company that loves you so much less than the ARC!

By the way everyone attending this year gets some timely, familiar, seasonal, 50-ish sheet music as a free gift.  We’ll also be giving away a great many Cuban recordings just for fun.  So come on down to White St. – just ask, and you shall receive.
